“I’m trying to transmit sound from a tv projector to a speaker with Bluetooth capabilities. The speaker doesn’t have the ability to select a Bluetooth source, though. Is there anyway to pair these devices (e.g. an Aluratek app)?”

Most projectors have an audio out. Use a bluetooth transmitter with the audio out and connect to any bluetooth receiver.
