• Hi: You may need to reset it. Just plug wait 15-30 seconds and plug it back. It worked for me. Sometimes if the wifi or power gets interrupted it happens.

• When mine started acting up and doing odd things I just pulled the plug out of the back of the unit, let it sit for a few minutes, plugged it back in and all was well
