• Hello, Use the Alexa app to pair your phone or Bluetooth speaker with your Echo Device. Put your Bluetooth device in pairing mode. Open the Alexa app . Select Devices . Select Echo & Alexa. Select your device. Select Bluetooth Devices, and then Pair A New Device. If those steps are not working, I would suggest looking on the website of the speaker you are trying to use, and then see if there are any known fixes.
