Yes, I own 6 devices and I have them in every room and I also use them as intercom system. It works really great. You can connect as many as you want

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely, you can call all the Amazon speakers on your account and in your contacts that are on your phone. If they have a camera then you see and talk to the person on the other end with live video if you choose to allow the camera and don’t cover it with the provided switch on the device. On the Alexa app you can also do what is called a “Drop In” and pull up the devices cameras just to look around the room it’s in. You can disable that feature if you are concerned someone might drop in on you without your permission
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Quick answer is yes. You have to use the amazon app to set up this feature. Once set up, you just say “Alexa, drop in on (name of device)”. I’m not sure what the limit is but currently I have 5 connected (1 echo and 4 echo dots). You can also connect all to a Ring video doorbell so whenever someone rings the doorbell, you can hear it around your home.
