I don't know. But Try turning it off and then turning it back on. That usually works for me. I use my Amazon Fire 7 with a 64 GB micro SD card to put YouTube movies and recorded lectures of Yale's free online courses on my Amazon Fire 7 for free distribution to the incarcerated. Unfortunately, most facilities will not permit inmates to use any device with either WiFi capability or a camera. Do you know of any device similar to the Amazon Fire 7 (or 10) that does not have these capabilities? If so, could you please let me know. Paul O'Donaghue [email protected]
