“Are you able to download and use ABC Mouse on this tablet? That is my whole reason for looking into this tablet. So that my 4 year old has somewhere he can access the website without having to sit at a Desktop.”

Yes, we've used Kindle tablets and ABC Mouse for the past 3 years homeschooling. Works great!
