Hi Joe! You can enable Fingerprint access on your Fire Max 11 by following the steps below! 1.Use your PIN or Password to sign in to your tablet. 2.Open Settings. 3.Select Security & Privacy. 4.Select Fingerprint Unlock. 5.Enter your PIN or Password again. 6.Tap the trash can icon to delete existing fingerprints. 7.Tap the + button to recreate your fingerprint.
