• You can get them either registered or not. If registered and you don’t want it registered go to setting and un register or the other way if you want to register. Very simple

• You have to create a login and set it up so you can use your WiFi. Hope this is helpful

• yes, its unregistered. when you put it on your tv and connect it to wifi you will be able to register it to your amazon account.
