On The fireTV you have to press and hold a button for Alexa. 

So they won't trigger each other.

My understanding is alexa software will only answer one device on your profile at a time. Also the alexa on the fire stick is a little limited and requires you to push the voice button.

No you press a button to activate the voice commands on the stick.

No, each fire stick remote is exclusive to it's own fire stick so this will not be a problem.
