• I haven't found local tv available, but that's a simple fix with any cheap antenna. As for the free premium channels, where there's a will there's a way. But it's not really legal. I wouldn't advertise or ask for help in doing that on here.

• Yes, if you download Kodi program and add channels! Google on how to install Kodi and programs for it! You may not get all local channels, but most of them anyways.
