• If there is a Best Buy in Canada then you can choose the store over there and I'm sure they can ship it to that store. You will have to paid for it online and make sure you put the name of the person who is going to pick it up.

• It's $15.50 to ship anywhere in Canada but you'll get a week to 2-week delay on shipping while it goes through Customs.

• If you get Internet service and have a WiFi router, I see no reason you can't use Fire Stick. The Fire Stick is preset with the IP address for Netflix. Verify with your local electronics store or contact Amazon directly. Enjoy.
