“When trying to switch tvs in equipment it is stuck on loading i have tried unplugging restart don't want to do fresh install if I can help it. Any help would be appreciated thank you.”

I have a simple solution switch to Roku it is the same as the FireStick with no hookups. Roku is built in. I had too many problems with the FireStick myself.
