“I am having trouble upgrading my firestick. I am not tech oriented & tried to do it myself after viewing you tube for instructions - but have failed! Will the geek squad do this for me? Please advise. I will pay them if need be. Please advise.”

The Firestick does the updates on its own unless you are trying to upgrade a specific Media Player or app that you may have added. I have apps and media players that I have to upgrade on my own since those are third party apps and not the ones already preloaded on the Firestick.
