• NO, you can get the national networks - ABC, CBS and NBC but not the local affiliates, unless they have their own Apps listed in the Amazon Fire TV stick and there some.

• To watch those live you'll need an antenna, mine cost $20. If there are just certain shows you want to watch on those channels, Google "how to install Kodi on fire stick". You'll be able to watch almost any show you want.
