No they are like your on screen guild. Like to search for content and settings. Thumb threw them to see what you can do. Hope that helps

I tried to add picture.

I click on one, I can drag it down just a little, I can then read what it is, a movie I watched, or, something 
I tried to down load, like Sky News Live.
When I release it goes back up. they are not a problem, but I wonder what will happen when the whole top is full of them.

Do you have a picture of what you are talking about? Most likely the answer is no because I didn't do anything too any small buttons at the top of my screen
