i dont think so..because these cards only redeem at us ip address...its mention on card

From my experience with the Playstation store overseas you cannot use US Playstation network credits to other Playstation networks like in Asia. So the same should apply for Apple Itunes which may have Region restrictions as well but I could be wrong the best thing for you to do is contact Apple directly with your question to get it straight from them.
