how good is hearing aid null

Is the best that I have ever used

Good for mild hearing loss. would not recommend as sole hearing aid in the case of moderate or severe hearing loss

They do boost hearing in the one setting, however it does pick up a lot of extra noise that does not filter well in my opinion.
