The buds will ask you if you want to answer as well as tell you who is calling. Has a feature where you can shake your head yes or no to answer as well as saying yes or no. YouTube has many how to videos showing how to use all the features. Worth watching.

They also have a head gesture that you have to turn on you can shake your head up and down to answer and shake your head sideways to decline the call.
