Yes, the AirPod Pro 3 does have the hearing aid function. That is my main reason for purchasing this model. It is really easy to take the hearing test and set them up. To adjust them for each desired setting you simply go into the setting App on your iPhone. I love them. They fit my ears better than previous models with this new design.
