Will it ring if you get a call on your phone ? null

There may be a setting for this, but is not the standard set up. These are intended to be in multiple rooms, and thus would ring the whole house if that were the case.

Mine never have. However you can make a call or tell Siri to make or answer a call.

Negative. You can make calls and send texts, but it will not inherently ring as if it was a landline.
