It want turn off null

if it is connected to the charger it will not turn off, make sure you are not connected to the charger. if you are on the charger it goes into docking mode.

Push and hold long rectangular button on the side of watch til the option menu pops up on screen. Then slide the power off button from the left to the right on the screen. It should shut down then.
