• I have five Arlo cameras and have not experienced that, but when its really cold the solar charger will not charge the device. Not a big deal overall since as soon as it warms up the solar charger kicks in.

• We live in Florida. Not very cold but highly rain and humidity. No problems. Have installed under patio cover.
