“I purchased two sets for my husband for christmas. one for each floor and tv. everytime he walks around they stopworking, if he puts the tv on hold to go do something else they stop working, if he fast forwards thru commercials they stop working. Help”

You need to update these headsets or they won’t work if you have windows 10 go to the Microsoft store on your computer and download the Astro application and update them the link on the paper in the box won’t work if you have windows 10 I had the same problem

Please try again later.Press simultaneously the headset picture button (middle button) and the game volume button (not the rotational dial) that shares with the voice chat volume on the right side of the headset for three seconds. Release, you should see the power button change color temporarily and then switch back. Turn on unit and enjoy.
