- Answer I had the same problem. Its something to do with the Model info. The Acer Chromebook 317 is essentially the same setup but different placement of speakers if you want to use that as reference.

- Answer It is a Chromebook. If you have Google Mail on your HP it will show up automatically on this computer when you log into Google. If you have Office 365 email, you can access that via the web interface. You can add other email accounts to your Google account or set the account to forward to a G-mail account. You do not really need office on this machine, just a Google account.
