Yes we us Spectrum with no compatibility issues
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look on spectrum website for certified routers. They have not certified any docs is 3.1 routers yet to my knowledge but they should at least run at Docsis 3.0

Just remember to reboot the modem because when a cable modem is plugged into a device it becomes paired with it on the cable providers end. Rebooting will release the pairing. For best compatibility I would suggest you purchase your own modem because if you rent one of theirs that is a combo modem routers some of their combo devices have a password (one they don't give you) which they dont let people into their rented modem to change it to a bridged connection. -Former cable provider Tech
