what is the range of this router null

@ least 2-3 hundred feet thru a wall.

I have .25 acre yard and get wifi at every corner. No dead spots

Range is probably going to be as good as any modern high-end router, it's probably going to depend a lot on how big of an area you're trying to apply it to as the law of physics will come into play. If it's centrally located and you're have dead zones repeaters, AP's (Access Points), and mesh are some options for extending.

I don't know the range, but I live in a 3000 square foot home on 1/2 of an acre and it works everywhere.
