i was using it in windows 10 rotated vertically to run MAME games so no I don't see a big issue there, the aspect ratio may be slightly off, a lot of arcade games are 4:3 or something but I found the experience spectacular for arcade games anyhow so I don't see why you'd have any significant issue. Just use a frontloader.
