Yes. Hard to describe but it's almost a "gravity" system. Manually, pulling up or down on the mount, it springs back to the top. But the weight of the attached monitor is almost like its floating in space. When you adjust it vertically, it doesn't take a lot of force and letting it go, it sticks where you want it. Definitely beats screwing and unscrewing knobs or nuts when you want to make a change!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it actually goes pretty high for a monitor and even flips the screen vertically as well. Plus the base spins the monitor horizontally as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very adjustable. You can raise it far enough to rotate the screen from landscape to portrait. You can also adjust the tilt and the swivel. The base is strong and the monitor is very stable.
