How do I get pass settings for device? null

Asus is incorrect about needing to set up a Microsoft account. Otherwise, someone with no WiFi would just have a handsome doorstop. So if you turn off all possible internet connectivity, you should still be able to create a LOCAL account. You could even skip creating a password for access, so everyone has access. Steps are available via a Google search, as well as on YouTube.

To access and manage settings on a Windows computer, you can open the "Settings" app by clicking the Start button, then selecting Settings or using the keyboard shortcut Windows Key + I. From there, you can navigate to various settings like Accounts, Sign-in Options, and Privacy & Security.

You can Shift+F10 to bring up the command prompt. The type OOBE\BYPASSNRO to skip the Microsoft account.

It is not possible to pass or skip the initial WIndows 11 setup. To successfully complete setup, a Microsoft account needs to be created, if not available, and the laptop has access to a working and stable internet connection.
