• Yes, but do so right away. 128GB gets used up really quick, especially as you use it. And store everything you can externally.

• Just to clarify PorscheLeigh4's answer: software has to be LISTED on the MS Store to be used with a computer carrying Windows in S mode, it does not have to be downloaded from it. Thus, you could buy software from another authorized seller (such as Best Buy), and it would also be fully compatible.
