The green & pink models are ~ $100 more on all the sites I looked at (bought the pink for daughter). Best guess is that you're paying a premium for non-standard color to stand out from the crowd. Also probably costs the manufacturer more to make the lower volume colors. The Punk Pink model also has the keyboard/inside of the laptop a rose silver color instead of standard black or silver.
