- Answer The $75 pp allows you to pay your prepaid phone plan. For ex if you have a $35 pp plan, than the $75 will apply for 2 months with a remaining $5 credit on your plan, so for month 3 you would need to pay $30 to cover your $35 pp plan.

- Answer No it does not! This is just a refill for data card to use on whatever device you may have. I use it for my turbo hotspot device and a phone number comes with the turbo device
