• I am not sure what the problem is but as most people forget Apple offers a 1 year warranty on these products. If it is not charging call Apple and they will replace the pair for you at no cost.

• Take them to the apple store. They will send them off and you will get a replacement if they’re still under the one year warranty apple offers.

• YouTube may help you. Mine did this once and I think holding down the power button for like 30 or 60 seconds or until the light comes on was the answer.
