“why do my power beats not charge correctly, there have been multiple times that only one charges and the other is completely dead? i have ony had them for a couple of months”

Make sure the charging connection on earbud is seated well in the charging case. You may have to clean charging connections on buds and case every once and while too

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing a week after I bought them. The right side dead, left side perfect. I noticed if you place them in the case and just let the magnet put them in place the right side wasn’t making connection, but left was. I wiggled it a little and it made connection. So now when I place them in the case I put the right one in first and make sure the light comes on indicating it’s charging. Then I Place the other one and I’ve had no more issues.
