what is the maxium heat range and how long? null

It depends on the function settings. 450 degrees looks like the MAX for BAKE 80 degrees min for proof. The function light blinks so it is hard to get a picture. 450 degrees 60 min is Pizza setting. Toast is 13 min max Bagel 6 min 80 degrees to 100 is proof mode dehydrate is 100 to 180 I hope this helps.
