No, I've only seen availability one time in the months I've had membership and was unable to purchase even though the site said it was available to totaltech members at the time. When I tried to check out, it said it was no longer in stock, even though the landing page had the yellow button to add to cart. 4000 series cards are coming out soon, so the point is moot now
