Reasonably, around 8-12 months with regular use. If you use the live cam feature or take still pictures a lot it will drain the battery more, as well as the intensity of the night vision, sensitivity of the night vision, and the duration of video recording.

To give our customers the greatest convenience, under standard use, all Blink battery-powered cameras last up to two years on 2 lithium batteries. If you are experiencing high usage on any of your cameras due to the amount of motion clips recorded and Live View used, this will cause the batteries to deplete more quickly than expected.
