“Will this work with a hot spot with cell service or can it have it's own cell service?”

• Yes they work with mobile Hotspot, I have a Hotspot device I leave at home for cameras and home automation and it can run off you phones Hotspot as long as you are in range and as long as everything is on the same network, so limited devices can be used i get 15 devices from my Hotspot device but only 8 from phone Hotspot
