The Blink system would theoretically work in the Philippines assuming you got the correct power adapter, however we do not currently offer a local server to support the system. This means that you could suffer from poor performance, lag time issues, and quickly draining battery life as a result. This would void our warranty as well.

Most devices will be able to handle up to 270 volts these days just gotta look at the power block for it. Hope that helps. I use the Blink XT2 outdoor cameras and the Blink Mini Cameras indoors. Warning: Make sure that you confirm with Blink that these cameras can work with the Blink Servers in Manila. I know there were people saying that the Blink systems aren't allowed in United Kingdom or wouldn't work with the servers or something like that..
