Yes there are different levels of noise canceling as well as off. They adjust to your head size very easy and habe a built in microphone but also come with an included wired connection four different devices.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The noise cancellation feature can be turned off via the Bose Connect app which is available for both Android and iPhone, and yes, the headphones can be adjusted for most, if not all head sizes. As gaming isn't the intended use, it can't really be judged from that perspective, but it should work fine. Do note though that VoIP applications like Skype or TeamSpeak don't identify a microphone if connected through the 3.5mm wire (included in the box).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Bose headphones has an app that allows u to control the volume of the noise cancellation feature
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think they accommodate most head sized, unless you have a very small or very large head - then I think you might want to stick to buds. The noise cancellation is on when the power is on. You can jack a wire in and music is playing, but you want the power for the awesome sound and the dampening.
