• No. Same as what's installed in Bluetooth Speakers/Headphones, the Bose® - Solo 15 Series II is built with Bluetooth Receivers. They can only be paired or connected wireless to other devices built with Bluetooth Transmitters.

• I would doubt it. It can receive and play sound from a bluetooth-enabled device, but it can't output to it.
