I would get someone to help you. It's a big, heavy machine Two people working slow should take about 2 hours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't get me wrong, it's a good treadmill, but my wife and I both had great difficulty lifting the very heavy pieces just across the room. We're in good shape and run frequently. That is going to be pretty much the same for most treadmills though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Tina, Each part is easy to move and put together by one person except for the main part, the base where you run/walk. An easy fix would be to have a dolly, and if you are putting this in your basement, downstairs, you would need help. If you have followed a Lego set manual, or you like putting things together, you will find following instructions easy. The fun part was once it's all together because it's smooth to walk/run on and quiet.
