• I am having the same issue. Problems with delivery, problems with install (never happened) and now the darn thing wont even work. Best Buy please step in and rectify this, your reputation is on the line.

• It is a horrible treadmill - we’ve had it for 2 weeks and now it has a serial number error and won’t turn on. They could care less, will just write it off as a loss. Avoid bow flex.
