QuestionI've had this for about a year and a half and it's already broken! For some reason the door catches when I try to close it and I have to push it past a click. The timer not work anymore and it shuts off after a few minutes. Anyone have a fix?

- Answer Yes, while cooking, the display background is orange, then heating shuts off when the time has elapsed, and the screen background turns white. The blower keeps running for a short period of time to keep recirculating the heat and to somewhat cool down, then the screen background turns off.
