• This oven has the ability to be used as an air fryer in addition to a convection oven. Not all ovens have this feature.

• The Breville® BOV900 is actually named the Smart Oven® Air.

• Because this is a convection oven and an air fryer - they are totally different things. A convection oven uses air to cook - but the air fryer setting actually fries food without using oil.
