Actually this option is managed by the computer, not the printer. The computer software that you are using to open/view your picture is the one that gives you the option to enlarge or reduce the file, we suggest you to contact your computer support or software developer for assistance. The Brother MFCJ4335DW machine allows you to reduce/ enlarge when making copies down to 25% and up to 400%. Please keep in mind that this is only for copies.
