does this come with a toner cartridge installed? null

The Brother MFC-L2750DW includes (1) Starter Toner Cartridge (yields approx. 700 pages‡), and (1) DR730 Drum Unit (yields approx. 12,000 pages‡).

Not installed but included in the box. Just follow the included instructions. Simple to do, unwrap, pull off some plastic pins and shove it in.
