• No USB cable. I don’t see anywhere to plug one. The primer/copier/scanner is wireless. I do not use a modem so I can’t answer that question.

• Does not come with a USB cord. BUT It is compatible with a USB cable. Buy separately. Plug In and go set up. Easy.
