• No this is just a booster for the ring doorbell 2. I do think there is an option to subscribe to a monitored service from ring though

• Not to extend range. The only fee is for the unlimited recording for the camera. This also covers the fee for the professional monitoring with the Ring alarm. Totally worth it.

• No not for it to work.. But as for the video or extra storage there is a charge .
