My RIng chime also disconnects every few of minutes and immediately reconnects. Does it even after I moved it to be very close to the router 6 feet or so. Very annoying. The router is TP LINK C7 and the speed is about 80Mbit on both 2.4Ghz (this is where chime is connected) and 5Ghz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ll tell you why. It is very simple. Ring chime pro is garbage. Take it back. They can’t fix the problem. They have tried multiple times and blame it on everything else.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a Chime and returned it for a Chime Pro and both did the same thing to me. I opted to just receive notifications through the phone. Both seemed worthless to me. Planning to set up Echo and Echo Dots with the Ring Skill.

We recommend at least 1 Mbps upload speeds for Doorbell and Stick Up Cams and at least 2 Mbps for Doorbell Pros/Doorbell 2/Video Doorbell Elite/Floodlight Camera or Spotlight Camera when connecting through the Chime Pro. Upload speeds that are significantly lower can lead to degraded video quality and other performance issues.
